For the first time ever Sibu town is light up with 7,000 colourful lanterns had been put up to decorate the streets from the Tua Pek Kong Temple to Sibu Gateway from 25th September to 4th October to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival.
On October 3, at least 6,000 more lanterns will be given away free of charge by the organizers during a cultural show which will be staged at Sibu Gateway.
I just do the opposite way, taking from The Sibu Gateway to The Tua Pek Kong Temple. Sorry I wasn't able to stay till night time as I has other things to take care of. Here is the link to other bloggers... click here, here and here to see the lantern display at night time.
