Celebrating Dong Zhi Festival - Winter Solstice

The "Dong Zhi festival (冬至) or Winter Solstice is one of the most important festivals celebrated by the Chinese where it on 22 December 2010.

Dōng Zhì is the day when families get together and eat tang yuan (湯圓), a sweet soup made of glutinous rice balls. It is also the day when everyone becomes one year older.

It is a time to celebrate the end of the darkest days of the year, the end of the harvest, and also to honor ancestors and champion family togetherness

why the white ones bigger than the rest? What's the brown coating? Sugar?

So far I have tasted the one in sugar syrup only

small kuching: the brown coating is peanut flour.

the white 1 I made one...hahaha...:p
