The Impression Liu Shan Jie or 3rd Sister Liu

We arrive at YangShou to watch the Impression Liu Shan Jie or 3rd sister Liu that night. The Set was very beautiful with mountain as it background. The place is invest by the famous director Zhang Zi Mou. The actor are local peoples among them are farmers and fisherman by day and actors by night, it took about 800 actors take part in the play and there is about 5000 spectator every night to see the play.

The ticket cost around 200 yuan

Penang Bridge was officially opened on 14 September 1985, the length of the bridge is 13.5 km (8.4miles) making it among the longest bridge in the world and the longest bridge in the country.

Not far from The Elephant Hill Park is the The Sun And Moon Pagodas at Two river and Four Lakes which can travel on foot

Shan Lake is famous for its Twin Pagodas, the Sun and Moon Pagodas. The 9-storied Sun Tower is 41 meters high, made of solid bronze, while the 7-storied Moon Tower is 35 meters high, made of wood and glazed tiles. They have become another symbol of the city of Guilin. Both pagodas are located in the middle of the lake. The Moon Pagoda can be reached by a bridge, but the Sun pagoda must be reached by an underwater passage located between the two pagodas. Altogether there are 19 bridges connecting the two rivers and four lakes. These 19 bridges are styled after famous bridges at home and abroad.

1000 yrs old Banyan Tree

Ancient South Gate
Constructed in Tang Dynasty and expanded in Ming Dynasty, the gate lies in north bank of the Banyan Lake. In front of the gate is a 1,000-year-old Banyan tree with flourishing leaves by the lake. The "Shadow of the Ancient Banyan Tree" is one of the famous scenic spots of Guilin in Qing Dynasty.
